Khushi Clinic is a general ailment and STI treatment clinic established in Transport Nagar, Gwalior- supported by the Transport Corporation of India Foundation.

Khushi clinic primarily works for curative, preventive and promotive care for STI in the form of early diagnosis, treatment and counseling. Sambhav has been covering multiple parkings, in Transport nagar. In addition to Khushi clinic, other satellite and mobile service points are also covered.

Components

1. Strong links to outreach activities in target populations of Truck Drivers, Helpers, Loaders/Unloaders and other high risk population (male and female sex workers, transgender) available at the halt point
2. Prevention activities, such as promotion of correct and consistent use of male condoms and water-based lubricants and safer sexual practices
3. Effective services, including immediate diagnosis and clinical management, for persons with symptoms of STIs
4. Screening programs, immediate diagnosis and clinical management for asymptomatic STIs in targeted high-risk groups
5. Partner management programs (i.e. contact referral) where appropriate
6. Collaboration in monitoring and surveillance as requested
7. In addition, Khushi clinics provide treatment for general ailments to the halt-point population
8. Links and referrals to HIV testing and counseling services and HIV care services
